1.1. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that many of the Products supplied by Brandmark Signs Limited ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") are Custom Products created specifically to the Customer’s specifications.

1.2. Accordingly, the right of withdrawal under the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013 does not apply to Custom Products.

2.1. Custom Products are non-returnable and non-refundable, save where:

• The Product is materially defective; and

• Notification of such defect is received within fifteen (15) calendar days of delivery.
   

2.2. The Customer must provide written notice of defects, accompanied by photographic or other evidence, within the specified timeframe.

2.3. Upon verification of a legitimate defect, the Company shall, at its sole discretion:

• Repair the defective Product; or

• Replace the defective Product.
   

Cash refunds shall not be issued for Custom Products under any circumstances.

3.1. Standard (non-custom) Products may be returned within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt, provided:

• Products are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging;

• Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer; and

• The Company is notified in writing prior to any return shipment.
   

3.2. Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within fourteen (14) calendar days of the returned goods being received and inspected.

4.1. Returned goods must be received in a condition suitable for resale.
Goods that are damaged, altered, or used will not be eligible for return or refund.

5.1. Products that have been installed, permanently affixed, or custom-fabricated to Customer-specific requirements are not eligible for return under any circumstances, unless demonstrably defective.

5.2. Minor variations in color, size, finish, or material are inherent to production processes and do not constitute defects.

6.1. Any dispute regarding returns or refunds shall be resolved in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, governed by Irish law and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dublin, Ireland.
